Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You provide the information about your business and we handle the website. We’ll explain what we need in plain language.
Is this only for businesses in certain towns?
We work with small-town businesses across the United States—shops, trades, restaurants, salons, and more. We can work together remotely.
What does the free domain include?
One available standard-priced domain registration and its renewals while your $39/month hosting service stays active. Premium domains and additional domains are extra. Availability and eligibility are confirmed before payment. If you leave the service, future registration and renewal costs become your responsibility.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. We can connect an existing domain. We’ll confirm whether it stays with your current registrar or is eligible for transfer and included renewals before work begins. An existing business email service is separate, and we’ll coordinate the domain connection around it.
What if I need booking or an online store?
We offer those as paid upgrades. Tell us what you need in your inquiry and we’ll quote the setup and any third-party subscription costs separately.
What do I need to supply?
Your business details, logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. We write brief website copy from your information. Logo creation and additional image sourcing are outside the standard package.
What happens after the site launches?
The first month of hosting and technical upkeep is included. The $39 monthly fee begins after that. Future text, photo, or layout changes are quoted separately at $100/hour in 15-minute increments.
